For this first edition, 28 international artists of different generations were called to create site-specific canvases, sculptures and installations in the sixteenth-century cloister of the Foundation, to create a dialogue with the space and with the community of Porta Capuana.
An exhibition that from 12 March to 24 September 2022 captured the attention of many visitors, cultural institutions and the community.

The Other and the Otherness è il tema della seconda edizione.
Siamo tendenzialmente portati a rimuovere le situazioni dolorose che non ci toccano da vicino, questo meccanismo di autoprotezione mentale è in parte alla base dei molti problemi non risolti nel mondo, dal momento che riguardano l’Altro e non noi. Cosa può l’arte dinanzi a tutto questo? L’arte sparge sale sulle ferite perché si possa continuare ad avvertire quanto dolore c’è attorno a noi. È in tal senso che una riflessione poetica su un tema esistenziale o drammatico diviene un tentativo di superare una situazione ritenuta inaccettabile.
