Food for Soul and Made in Cloister Foundation present the new napoletan project in collaboration with the chef Massimo Bottura.

​

The project that aims to tackle the issue of food waste and social isolation, is realized with the support of Carrefour, Social cooperative Dedalus and Istituto Isabella d'Este Caracciolo.

​

Every week in the refettorio of Santa Caterina's cloister, will be prepared from a different chef a community kitchens for 40 hosts that will eat on tables made by the artist Mimmo Paladino.
