In support of the Refettorio Made in Cloister project
Tables immersed in the magical atmosphere of the Made in Cloister Foundation, each different from the other with a special mise en place inspired by the works of the INTERACTION exhibition currently on display in the Cloister.
A dinner in the company of chef Massimo Bottura, accompanied by Ciro Oliva, Pasquale and Gaetano Torrente, Pepe Mastro Dolciere.

Price per person € 250 - limited places
All the proceeds from the evening will be donated to support the Refettorio Made in Cloister, a weekly social canteen that reuses surplus food to prepare nutritious meals for the community of Porta Capuana.
The initiative was born from the idea of Food for Soul , a non-profit founded by Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore.
What is Food for Soul?
A project that fights food waste, supporting the weakest people, and nourishes the body and soul, people and cities. Food is a natural means of conviviality and much more: it is culture, identity, art, hospitality, solidarity, social equity.
