Opening Ara Starck

Ara Starck's site-specific exhibition designed for the spaces of the Made in Cloister Foundation is open to the public.

Following several residencies in Naples to delve into the city's history and traditions, the French artist has developed a project-in collaboration with Paolo Gambardella and local glass and wood artisans-that will transform the cloister into a surreal stage of colors and narratives.

A cathedral glass installation will refract daylight, revealing hidden secrets, while nine paintings scattered throughout the cloister will take you on a theatrical journey. Ara Starck's exhibition will unite what is visible with what is concealed, what is said with what is whispered.

Project funded under L.R. no. 7/2003, grants for cultural promotion year 2023

In collaboration with Palazzo Caracciolo and the Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte
